IMPORTANT NOTICE!

This morning, an incorrect automated phone message was sent to customers arriving today, stating that we are closed. In fact, Indiana State Government is OPEN FOR BUSINESS! The Indiana General Assembly has passed a two-year state budget. All DNR facilities will continue normal business operations. This includes all facility rentals and regularly scheduled activities. If you have additional questions, please contact our Indiana reservation call center at 1-866-622-6746, Mon-Thurs 12 noon-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturday 8am-noon. Thank you for your patience through all of this and we appreciate your support of Indiana State Parks and Reservoirs.

RESERVATIONS FOR CAMPING (AND RENT-A-CAMP CABINS) CAN BE MADE SIX MONTHS IN ADVANCE. RESERVATIONS FOR GROUP CAMPS, CABINS, SHELTERS, AND RECREATION BUILDINGS CAN BE MADE ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE.

Available for purchase at any Indiana State Park or Reservoir property, Deam Lake or Starve Hollow Forestry properties, and through the CRS Call Center at 1-866-6CampIN (1-866-622-6746).
Credit card is the only accepted method of payment for purchasing a camp card at this time.
May be purchased or reloaded for a minimum amount of $20, and upwards, in increments of $5.
Expires two years from date of issue or last reload.
Card NOT valid for: reservations/purchases at Indiana State Park Inns, concession-operated facilities, park entrance fee, or redeemable for cash.
Card may be redeemed at any of our properties or by calling 1-866-622-6746. At this time, the card may NOT be redeemed for online reservations.

Firewood & Emerald Ash Borer . . .

IDNR is working in cooperation with other Midwestern states to stop the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB), an exotic insect that kills ash trees.
It is against State and Federal laws to transport firewood (other than pine) from quarantined areas where Emerald Ash Borer has been found.
Firewood CANNOT be brought into our Indiana state parks, reservoirs and state forests from any quarantined area.
Quarantined areas include all of Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and various counties within Indiana and other states (see link to map below).
Firewood from these locations will be confiscated and campers are subject to steep fines for violating the law!

Many campgrounds are seasonal and may not be available for the dates you select.
Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance of your arrival date for campsites and rent-a-camp cabins, and 1 year in advance of your arrival date for group camps, cabins, shelters, and recreational buildings.
From May through October, new inventory becomes available at 12:00 noon Monday - Thursday, and 8:00am Friday and Saturday, Eastern Standard Time.
From November through April, new inventory becomes available at 12 noon Monday - Friday, Eastern Standard Time.
Specific inventory availability will vary by arrival date.
